Since I'm fully back with my training programme again, thought a little blog on fitness fashion would be appropriate. Whether you enjoy the peace and alone time of running, the energetic game of tennis, or just the health suite itself at the gym, there's something for everyone. Even cavemen were working out, although they favoured running with predators about and all that.
If like me you enjoy looking and feeling good at all times, thanks to company's like Nike, we can look and feel good while we exercise, besides if your clothes are that stylish nobody will recognise the colour of your face from your workout ;)
